Smudging & Incense

Smudging is a great way to clear the home & self of stale, negative energies, vibrations, even the not so trendy Boogyman! Smudging is a term used for centuries by all types of tribes, covens, breathing people over the ages where you are clearing, moving, smoking out people, places or things within & around you!

When smudging, fan the smoke so it can spread, don’t just leave it sitting. Fan it like Karl Lagerfeld would fan his flaming existence. Feel that clearing fantasy, take in the new. Smudge your crystals, smudge your house, smudge that bottom feeder giving you grief… (well maybe not the last one, at least smudge yourself from their energy).

I smudge the house once every few months with sage to clear all energies & palo santo the house down once a week to keep energy moving & to clear that shit we pick up every now & then. So grim babies, get smudging!
